You will almost certainly be seeing more foreclosures in Timber Ridge.  The carnage continues.  This morning it was announced that in October Lee County had the second highest foreclosure filings in the country.  As long as this continues there will continue to be homes ridiculously priced at about half the cost of new construction.  While this area still leads the nation the raw numbers of foreclosures are down to about 30% of what they were at the peak.  Take a look and see if there are any foreclosures in Timber Ridge at this time.  Chances are that there are.  This provides a unique opportunity to purchase a great home in a fantastic community at prices not seen since the 90s.
